Our Mission
The Montessori Education Society of Savannah (MESS) is an advocacy group promoting, advancing, and celebrating Montessori methods, principles, and education in the Savannah community and beyond. It’s our mission to have all teachers within our Public Montessori school trained and certified and to achieve school accreditation by the American Montessori Society (AMS).
Goal One
All teachers + teacher assistants receive Montessori training and credentials.
Goal Two
Receive our Montessori accreditation from the American Montessori Society (AMS).
Goal Three
Continue to fund raise + sponsor Montessori events within our community for teachers, parents, and families.
